Adobe Experience Manager - Create an OSGI Configuration

In this article, let's create an OSGi configuration, configure it and use it in AEM code. So now let's get started with the creation of an OSGi configuration. Technical details and Assumptions: All the following details are tested in AEM version 6.5.8, Java version 11.0.2 Creation of OSGi configuration: To create an OSGi configuration we need to create an ObjectClassDefinition. I have included a sample OCD configuration, which can be used as a reference to create one. The next step would be to create an interface and an implementation that can help fetch the OSGi configurations.  Interface: Implementation: Let's try to use the OSGi configuration created so far in Models/Servlets. For demonstration purposes, I used AEM Models here, but the same can be implemented in Servlets too. Now that we have created the OSGi configuration. "With so many P2P transactions happening during such a busy season, we're excited to give our users an early holiday present: starting November 10, Siri will be integrated with PayPal," said the company. Not only that, users can also authorise such a transaction using Apple's Touch ID.

The feature has been rolled out to as many as 30 countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, UK, US, and India. Connoted as version 6.7.0, the updated app is available to download from Apple's App Store.

The arrival of the update coincides with Prime Minister Modi announcement with respect to discontinuing the usage of old Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 currency notes. The feature is likely to make it easier for users to perform cashless tran

In the wake of such an announcement, several Indian firms dealing offering e-cash services, such as Paytm, MobiKwik, and FreeCharge, have adopted appropriate steps to lure customers. Popular e-tailer Snapdeal has launched its first-of-a-kind feature - Wallet on Delivery (WoD) - in association with FreeCharge. This enables customers to pay for items on delivery using their FreeCharge wallet.

India's biggest e-commerce websites, Amazon and Flipkart, have already started declining cash-on-delivery (COD) orders. The move is bound to generate an opposite reaction since a large portion of their orders are CODs - approximately 80%..

The firms, however, are unanimous in their views that the move would help them improve margins in the long term.
